and we’ll screen the best possible people for your company’s particular needs.  The employee will come to work for you while remaining on our payroll as our employee, allowing you a chance to observe their on-the-job performance.  If you find that this is a good match, all you need to do is keep the employee on our payroll for a minimum number of hours and then they’re all yours.  No extra fees and no buy-out costs.  A simple and effective way to insure that the person you hire is the right one for you.

Temporary Hiring

Today, most companies use temporaries extensively to smooth out the peaks in business that occur throughout the year and to cover special projects. Now, more than ever before, it’s essential that you have qualified temporary employees and prompt, efficient response from your service, as temporary help has become a vital extension of your permanent staff. Our temporary office assistants are always tested for clerical ability, spelling aptitude and word processing skills. The prospective employee is then interviewed and evaluated regarding ability and appropriate geographic locations for placement. References with former employers are always checked. Our temps are counseled on appropriate office conduct, including punctuality and reliability. We require our employees to take their temp assignments as seriously as they would a permanent job.

Permanent Hiring

MONEY. If recruiting fees are breaking your budget, you should be taking advantage of the Sheber/Wright 10 Percent Solution. Our fees are simple and straightforward, based on 10 percent of the employee's first-year's salary. Whatever remuneration you decide to offer, you always know what your cost will be; there are no "bump ups" into a higher percentage range.

When you need to hire a new employee, putting a classified ad in the newspaper and plowing through a mountain of resumes from hopeful candidates is a daunting task. The right resume might just be at the bottom of the pile but if you don't have the time to work your way down to it, you'll never know. Instead, we handle that stack of resumes for you. The only applicants you see are those who are actual viable possibilities for your opening.

GUARANTEE: We're confident that our permanent employees are the best available so we guarantee their performance for ninety days from the day they begin work. Your entire fee will be refunded within the first ninety days of employment if the employee should resign or be terminated for misconduct or inability to perform his/her duties.
