Our Team: Our transcriptionists and proofreaders are selected not only for their computer skills and competence with special terminology but also for their superior knowledge of spelling and English grammar and usage.

These skills are basic to understanding what has been dictated and transforming it into a precise written document. For our repeat clients, the same transcriptionists are assigned to your work on an ongoing basis. This ensures familiarity with your style and speech patterns, which is invaluable in providing consistently high-caliber results.

Quality: Transcripts are proofread by the transcriptionist and then again by a quality-control specialist. Our first consideration is an understanding of the dictated material. Secondly, we check carefully, when applicable, for accuracy in technical and/or medical terminology. And thirdly, we give special attention to formatting to ensure an accurate, easy-to-read final transcript.

Confidentiality: For our medical clients we meet HIPAA requirements for privacy protection of patient records using encryption and password protection, which prevents unauthorized access. A secure FTP site is available to send the transcribed documents to our healthcare providers. We welcome submission of HIPAA contracts from our medical clients. In addition, we also hold confidential the information revealed in non-medical interviews and oral dissertations. All employees are bound by confidentiality agreements and have a clear understanding that the information revealed to us can never be discussed outside of our company.
